Yoga, a productive art of wholesome living can be a transformation for youngsters. Yoga helps everyone to attain the mental, physical, and spiritual features of the body. Performing yoga could be salutary for the students. As we know, children need to handle lot more activities in addition to studies, dissimilar to olden days, So, students need to keep up with the flourishing world. Children practicing yoga are certain to have a healthy body and a favourable impact on their academic performance. The theme for yoga day 2022 is “Yoga for Humanity”. Also, to spread awareness about authentic yoga which enhances the mind and body.

Yoga holds multiple asanas and diversified breathing exercises generally known as pranayama. As it cooperates in attaining a steady lifestyle, it has gained a reputation not only in India but worldwide.
